Super smooth mango lassi
Mango lassi is most commonly found in Pakistan and India. It is made from yoghurt, milk or water and mango pulp.
- 255 ml plain yogurt
- 130 ml milk
- 130 ml canned mango or 3 fresh mangoes, stoned and sliced
- 4 tsp sugar, to taste, or alternatively try salt and cardamom seeds
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for two minutes.
Pour into individual glasses, and serve.
Mango lassi is a perfect way to give you that sunny holiday feeling. To spice up the flavours, try adding some salt or cardammon seeds.
