Super smooth mango lassi

Super Smooth Mango Lassi.
Mango lassi is most commonly found in Pakistan and India. It is made from yoghurt, milk or water and mango pulp.


  • 255 ml plain yogurt
  • 130 ml milk
  • 130 ml canned mango or 3 fresh mangoes, stoned and sliced
  • 4 tsp sugar, to taste, or alternatively try salt and cardamom seeds

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for two minutes.

Pour into individual glasses, and serve.

Mango lassi is a perfect way to give you that sunny holiday feeling. To spice up the flavours, try adding some salt or cardammon seeds.
