Makes 15 pieces

Cooking time: 5 minutes
- 175g salted butter
- 150g light brown sugar
- 175g salted pretzels
- 200g dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and light brown sugar together for 5 minutes until thick, bubbling and the sugar has dissolved.
Spread ¾ of the pretzels on the tray, then pour over the hot caramel. Bake for 5 minutes. Allow to harden completely at room temperature.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, then pour over the bark. Sprinkle with the remaining pretzel pieces, allow to cool completely, then snap into pieces and box up or enjoy immediately if you can’t resist!
