Classic potato salad

Potato salad.
This party classic makes a great accompaniment to barbeques and sunny days


Serves 6-8

  • 500g new potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp crème fraiche
  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 bunch of chives, chopped

Cook the potatoes in a large pan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 mins or until tender. Drain and allow to cool.

Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraiche, grainy mustard and chives and then toss through the cooled potatoes before serving.
