Strawberry & dark chocolate yoghurt bark 

Get the kids involved with these summery and easy-to-make sweet treats - this yoghurt bark is sure to be a winner!

  • 450g tub of 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 10 strawberries, sliced into chunks
  • 40g 70-85% dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios 



Step 1

Line an 8 x 8-inch baking tin with greaseproof paper.

Step 2

Mix the yoghurt and maple syrup together in a bowl. Spoon the yoghurt into the prepared baking tin and spread with a spatula. 

Step 3

Sprinkle over the chopped strawberries and pistachios, then place in the freezer to harden until set.

Step 4

Once hardened, drizzle with the remaining 1 Tbsp Maple syrup and the melted dark chocolate. Break into chunks to serve.
