Community Group Survey 2024

These terms and conditions (these Terms) apply to the prize draw. The survey and the prize draw is administered and undertaken by Eden Project Communities.

 

The prizes

There will be three prizes of £30 worth of Greene King vouchers.

 

How to enter

Fill in the survey via the link provided in the survey email and/or on social media platforms managed by Eden Project Communities. The competition closes at midnight on 31^st May 2024. The winner will be picked at random and notified within one week of the closing date.

 

Terms and conditions

You are eligible for the Prize Draw by your participation in the Research Survey only.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person. You must be a resident of the UK and 18 years of age or over to be eligible.

Automated entries and entries from surveys not fully completely, will not be accepted.

Competition closes at midnight on 31^st May 2024, Eden Project Communities reserves the right to extend this deadline if deemed necessary for research benefits. The winner will be notified within one week of the closing date.

The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The draw will be independently witnessed and drawn at random after the closing date as detailed above. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days, Eden Project Communities reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at random.

Failure to respond and / or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

For winner’s details, please email communities@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the draw date.

Eden Project Communities reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.

Employees of Eden Project, their immediate families and persons connected with the Research and Prize Draw will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Information

Any personal details entered at the end of the survey will be used for the purpose of the Prize Draw only.  This information will strictly not be passed on to any third parties, nor used for any other purpose.

All answers given to the survey will be aggregated, and not looked at on an individual basis.  Responses will not be linked back to the personal details given to enter the Prize Draw.

Entry into this prize draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
