Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. There is one prize of entry to the Eden Project Cornwall for two adults, plus accommodation for two adults sharing a room at the Bodmin Jail Hotel in Cornwall for one night including breakfast.
  2. The prize does not include any travel to, or within Cornwall, or any meals other than the hotel breakfast.
  3. The winner must book their stay by 1 November 2027.
  4. The accommodation is not available during Bank Holiday weekends and the stay must be before 1 December 2027, other dates are subject to availability at the Hotel and subject to opening dates and times at Eden Project Cornwall.
  5. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking may occur additional cost which will be at the winner’s expense.
  6. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Eden Project or of Bodmin Jail Hotel, or their families may not enter.
  7. Only one entry per person.
  8. Anyone who completes the newsletter sign up form on edenprojectcommunities.com during the following conferences / events will be entered into the competition:
    1. Labour Conference (Sun 27-Wed 30 September)
    2. ERNLLCA (Tue 29 September)
    3. Global Intergenerational Congress 2026 (Tue 29-Wed 30 September)
    4. NALC (Sat 3 October)
    5. SALC (Thur 8 October)
    6. TPAS (Wed 11- Thur 12 November)
    7. Locality (Tue 1 – Wed 2 December)

The competition will close at 23.59 on Wednesday 2 December 2026 (BST). Entries submitted outside of the dates listed above or after the entry period will not be considered.

  1. There is no cash or alternative prize offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable.
  2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Promoter is Eden Project, Bodelva, St Austell, Cornwall, PL24 2SG.
  4. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, and contacted by 9 December 2026. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification, the Eden Project reserves the right to draw a new winner.
