Winter Warmer kits
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Eden Project Communities [Eden Project Ltd].
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to individuals, communities, streets, neighbourhoods or projects [hereafter referred to as ‘entrants’] across the UK. Please note, prizes are restricted to one kit per entrant regardless of community size.
The resident must be over 18 years of age, and resident in the UK. Please note, we cannot send a pack of Iceland Mince Pies to residents in Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland residents are still welcome to enter for a chance to win the rest of the kit.

There is a limit of one entry per entrant and the competition is completely free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
There will be 30 kits to giveaway (1 per entrant) and one of these kits will contain a £50 Iceland voucher. This will be distributed at random.
The Winter Warmers kit includes:
- a Big Lunch at Christmas resource kit – posters, invitations, conversation menus, food flags, human bingo cards, Christmas cracker templates, and twine
- An exclusive recipe card from a celebrity chef
- a pack (6 pies) of Iceland Mince Pies – please note as above we cannot send this item to NI residents
The use of specific brands as prizes by Eden Project Communities does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Eden Project Communities’ decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
How to enter
Complete the entry form on the Eden Project Communities website [add link]. We require an address and contact details (email) to notify and send the prizes to winners. We may also ask for information as to how entrants are ‘spreading joy in their community this winter’. We reserve the right to publish these responses as quotes on our website, social media channels and marketing materials. We will use first names when attributing these quotes only.
Automated or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
The competition will open at 10am on 1 November 2023 and close at midnight on 14 November 2023. Eden Project Communities reserves the right to extend this deadline if deemed necessary.
The entrants will be chosen at random and be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form by 17 November 2023.
Eden Project Communities will make three attempts to contact the winners via the details provided.
If after three attempts to contact, a winner has not responded, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Eden Project Communities reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
The random selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Delivery of the Prize
The prizes will be delivered from 17 November 2023 via post.
